Sam's Fun City
is a 20-acre family amusement park, geared mostly towards children, but fun for the whole family, located on Highway 29 near W Street in Pensacola. The Leisure and Entertainment Industry recently named it “Best New Family Fun Park in the USA." Sam’s Fun City offers over 130 arcade games, 20 rides, go-karts, bumper boats and mini golf, as well as a recently opened water park. A full service family restaurant is also located on site, as well as a 10,000 square foot “City Hall” for meetings and entertainment. There is free general admission to Sam’s Fun City, with separate ticket pricing for rides and other attractions. Special “wristband” ticket pricing for all day use is also available. Located in the heart of Pensacola, just south of I-10, Sam’s Fun City is open 7 days per week, year round.

Sam's Fun City Rides and Attractions
Sam’s Fun City is divided into four different areas; Kart City, Terry Town, Yesterville and Westerville. In addition, there is the newly opened Surf City Water Park and Crossroads Arcade, where you can enjoy some of the greatest arcade games on the Gulf Coast, including “extreme” Laser Tag. Sam’s Fun City Hall, is a 10,000 square foot multi-use entertainment complex with concert style seating for up to 1,500 guests.
Kart City includes Fun City Expressway, Pensacola’s largest family go-kart track, and the Fun City Grand Prix style slick track (for licensed drivers only.)
Terry Town is where you’ll find the Town Center Carousel and Fun City’s traditional Ferris Wheel. Other rides at Terry Town include Truckin’ USA, Taxi Jet, Park Train, the Rookie Go-Kart Track and Cross Country Tour Electric Cars. Yesterville and Westerville include old time favorites like the Jitter Bug Swinger, Miner Mike’s Kid’s Coaster and Antique Cars. Westerville also contains the Hollywood Golf 18-hole miniature golf course called “Play the Movies.”
Surf City Water Park features over fifteen water slides and a 1,200-ft. long endless river, spray grounds, interactive play structures and kiddie play pools. Ride the waves and cool off at Sam’s Fun City’s Surf City Water Park’s Wave Pool and Master Blaster.
Sam's Fun City History
Sam's Fun City was awarded with two International Awards for "Best New Family Entertainment Center" in 2001. The Crossroads Arcade opened in May 2003, and the all new Surf City Water Park, a division of Sam’s Fun City, opened in September 2005. Sam’s Fun City was named “Top Family Entertainment Center of the World,” by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions.
